The Establishment Secretariat of Ghana, which is now the Office of the Head of the Civil Service (OHCS), set up the Civil Service Training Centre in 1953 to provide training for lower and middle level personnel in the Civil Service. 0ver the years, some services have been carved out of the Civil Service to become the Public Service.
CSTC is currently aspiring towards attaining the status of a Centre of Excellence in Public Service Training in Ghana and the Sub-region. In this regard, the Centre has enjoyed tremendous support from Government, OHCS and some Development Partners to broaden its scope as well as expand and modernize its infrastructure and facilities. Consequently, this Service Charter has been prepared to offer our clients excellent timely services that meet their expectations.
